A large open kitchen with a live-fire grill is at the heart of our restaurant. We cook all of our seafood, chicken, and meats over a wood fire, we bake our scratch-made pita in-house daily, our spreads and dressings come from treasured family recipes, and our wine and really good olive oil are from the villages of our homeland.
